Booking Your Session
Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a brief welcome email with all the necessary requirements to get started. This includes:

Pre-Session Preparation
Before we meet, I’ll take time to carefully analyse your food diary and questionnaire, and research any areas that need deeper attention. This ensures our time together is fully focused on you.
Initial Session
In this 60-minute online session, we’ll explore your health history, diet, symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll define a personalised course of action tailored to your needs, whether you’re transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle or managing a health condition.
Follow-up Support
Depending on the service you choose, we’ll meet for follow-up sessions to track progress, adjust your plan, and coach you through sustainable change. This is where the real transformation happens, through consistency, not perfection.
Functional Testing (if needed)
In some cases, I may recommend functional testing to gather data and refine your plan. I can also write to your GP or primary care provider to support further investigations.
